Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a full time Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling sales appointments, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Training provided. Compensation is based on experience. Full Time. Paid weekly.
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
• Process customer projects and help keep office organized.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with data entry & scheduling is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work within a busy office
